Belgrade Place featured studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, ample closet space, and Italian porcelain bathrooms.

Emerald Place town homes ranged from 1,560 to 1,827 square feet, and featured two bedrooms and a mix of one bath, one and one-half baths or two bathrooms. Two levels of living space along with a full basement and a one-car attached garage.

 

Emerald Place 4 unit buildings with villas provided spacious floor plans on one level living. Units ranged from 1,176 to 1,794 square feet. Each villa featured two bedrooms, two full baths, a fireplace, an attached garage and deck off the living area.
